Job summary

Qualifications

• Team collaboration to keep the sales floor runway ready
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle various transactions
• Support fitting room operations and assist customers with returns and organization
• Maintain clean, clutter-free selling floors and stockrooms
• Demonstrate familiarity with store technologies and uphold operations standards
• Support promotional initiatives and Nordstrom Rewards programs

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor sized and filled through merchandising and straighten throughout the day
• Assist customers during cashiering across in-store, online and mobile platforms
• Run a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor
• Keep stockrooms organized with properly ticketed merchandise
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments as per control processes
• Provide general store support, including events, backroom organization, markdowns and fixture relocation
