Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal retail supervisor to oversee daily operation and merchandising of the store in Mammoth Lakes. You will lead the team to optimize guest interaction, product presentation, and overall sales performance in a fast-paced resort environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail, familiarity with mountain sports hard and soft goods, and a track record of driving friendly, high‑quality guest service. Hourly pay ranges from $21.85 to $25.00.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Two to three years of experience as a sales associate in a major sporting goods operation.
• Experience with Mountain Sports hard goods and soft goods preferred.
