Job summary

HomeBuys is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to provide an excellent customer experience and assist customers across departments. You will greet customers, help locate products, operate the cashwrap, and help keep the sales floor organized and safe.

The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented person with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to store policies in a fast-paced environment. 18+ age, high school diploma, and 0–1 year of retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers’ purchases
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions
• Provides pricing information by answering questions
• Maintains sales floor operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
