Job summary

The Gopuff Retail Sales Associate role in Thousand Oaks, CA focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience at the checkout and on the sales floor. You will merchandise, replenish inventory, assist with e-commerce fulfillment and receiving, and help keep the warehouse organized.

You will educate customers about BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App, use product knowledge to recommend items, and support store operations with a team-driven approach to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork to serve customers.
• Ability to drive results and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as a cashier and on the sales floor.
• Merchandise, stock, replenish and handle e-commerce fulfillment.
• Assist with receiving, warehouse organization and order picking/packing.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Make product recommendations and offer substitutions or special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and support store operations and projects.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet goals and quality standards.
