Dollar General is seeking a Sales Associate to be a friendly point of contact for customers, assist in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking products, and ensuring displays meet planograms while adhering to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment and make change.
• Bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
• Follow company merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean restroom and receiving room, and help set up sidewalk displays.
