Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Oklahoma City store to deliver outstanding customer service and promote our program offerings. You will help lead the department, mentor colleagues, and maintain store appearance while building product knowledge to assist customers.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every customer.
• Lead department and mentor colleagues.
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers.
• Maintain store appearance and perform housekeeping duties.
• Cross train to perform other duties as needed.
