Job summary

Camping World seeks a Retail Sales Associate to ensure the best customer service. You will lead and mentor staff, promote warranty and Good Sam programs, and build product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right items.

The role requires strong communication, professional demeanor, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Full-time opportunities include a comprehensive benefits package and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
