Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative to meet face-to-face with customers at our partner retail locations. We help customers understand energy options for their homes and guide them to suitable plans.

No prior energy experience required; we seek friendly, motivated individuals with strong communication and customer-service mindset, able to start conversations with new people. Paid training provided.

Qualifications

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Commission

• Guaranteed hourly pay
• Commission opportunities based on performance
• Typical on-target earnings (OTE): $55,000–$65,000 annually
• Additional earning potential for strong performers
