You will follow donation policies and safety procedures to support a positive community image. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, assist with end-of-day cash handling, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service on the sales floor.
• Process purchases accurately with POS, handle cash and deposits.
• Uphold Kaizen standards to improve efficiency and organization.
• Collaborate with team to support store operations and adapt to priorities.
• Monitor for shoplifting and restricted area access.
• Transport tables and materials to/from the sales floor safely.
• Sort and prepare salvage materials for shipment and warehousing.
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and sales areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
