Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in-store and online shopping experiences.

• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to build baskets.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Supports store operations including stockroom and floor maintenance.
• Assists with floor sets, cashiering, and general duties as needed.
