Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Memphis seeks a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help with buying decisions. You will restock shelves, maintain pricing and signage, and promote CLUB Membership and in-store pick-up.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, math and teamwork skills, and the ability to operate a computerized POS system on a fast-paced retail floor.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information and direction.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
