Responsibilities

• Provides professional, friendly, and courteous service to all customers inside and outside the store, and over the phone.
• Effectively processes sales transactions at the POS with accurate handling.
• Works a flexible schedule set by the supervisor in support of store opening, production, and closing operations; weekend/holiday work as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of merchandise and answers customer questions promptly and courteously.
• Maintains dressing room standards and clean sales floor presentation.
• Executes store security procedures and communicates store messages via the paging system.
