Qualifications

• Experience helping customers across multiple platforms (in-store, online, mobile).

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor organized and ready through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at the register and with various transactions via POS systems.
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience by greeting, assisting, and restocking.
• Maintain clean, clutter-free environment and accurately ticket merchandise.
• Demonstrate store technologies and adhere to operational standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other initiatives to customers.
