JD Finish Line in Deptford Township, NJ is seeking an energetic Associate to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily store operations.

You will drive sales through friendly service, assist with merchandising, manage checkout processes, stock shelves, handle returns, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment, with reliability and flexibility as essential. Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
