Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to greet shoppers, operate the register, and support daily store tasks on site in Blythewood, SC.

You will assist with merchandising, stocking, safety compliance, and teamwork to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a clean, efficient sales floor. Prior cash handling and flexible schedules are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or currently enrolled.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards and manage cash handling, records, lottery, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Merchandise Sales Floor, stocking, and cooler merchandising.
• Vendor check-ins and communication of daily issues with Management.
• Ensure PMG safety and operational policies are followed.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior and interior cleaning and upkeep.
