Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a retail associate to greet customers and provide an exceptional experience at the sales floor. You will operate the cash register, manage cash, lottery, and shift paperwork while executing daily store tasks with speed and accuracy.

The role includes merchandising, vendor check-ins, and strict adherence to PMG safety policies. You will work with Management to address issues and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in high school.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning
