Job summary

The Michael's Companies in Petaluma, CA, is seeking a Store Manager/Framing Lead to coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure SOP compliance, supervise daily operations, and deliver high-quality framing solutions to customers on time.

Qualified candidates will have retail management experience, the ability to lead a sales team, and a hands-on approach to staffing, training, and inventory/shrink control in a public retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team to meet role KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and plan sales floor time for networking.
