AT&T in Spartanburg, SC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful connections with customers using consultative sales techniques. You’ll engage with the community, process online orders, and make outbound calls to customers while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; be flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
• Training provided for those without sales experience to meet and exceed goals.
