Qualifications

• Past retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We provide tools, training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends (9am–9pm).
• Support community events and engage customers on the floor.
