Mobily-LL is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Jasper, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for the AT&T brand. You will engage customers, understand needs, and present tailored solutions while representing Mobily with professionalism.

The role requires working at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training, set schedules, and a clear path to leadership are provided to support growth and success.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Able to communicate clearly and build value with customers.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a store environment.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Jasper store and be able to travel between locations within the district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service with empathy and understanding of needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit individuals, families or businesses.
• Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand with professionalism.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonus earnings.
• May participate in external events or community activities to drive customer acquisition.
