AT&T in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through their options with a consultative approach. You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.

The role offers a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules for seniority. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
