AT&T in Willow Grove, PA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer connections using consultative sales and product knowledge. You’ll build relationships on the sales floor, participate in local events, and assist with online orders and outbound calls to customers.

The role offers training, uncapped commissions, and a diverse benefits package. Typical weekly schedule is 40 hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility helps you stay current with evolving tech to meet customer needs.
