AT&T in Watauga, TX is seeking retail sales consultants who will help customers choose the best devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, support online orders, and pursue new opportunities through outreach.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
