Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant in Farragut, TN to connect customers with personalized sales solutions and the latest devices. You’ll engage on the sales floor using a consultative approach and participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls.

The role includes a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm with weekends, and offers training and coaching to help you reach sales goals. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus and uncapped commissions boost

Responsibilities

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
