AT&T in Ohio seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through wireless and connectivity options on the sales floor. You’ll use a consultative approach, restocking, taking online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

You'll work a schedule 9am-9pm including weekends, with uncapped commission opportunities and a salary range around $47,500–$75,000, dependent on geography, experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Company provides tools, training and coaching to help meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on the sales floor with a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends with 2-week advance schedules.
