Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Redding, CA to join our in-office team and drive customer connections with personalized sales expertise. You will meet sales targets using AT&T’s latest devices and services to bring communities closer together.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with a strong commission potential and uncapped earnings, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options using a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
