Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to drive customer connections with our latest devices and services. You will use a consultative approach, guiding customers through options while meeting sales targets and earning commissions.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers. You may work a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based planning available two weeks ahead.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Will provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Strong communication and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options and close sales.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs.
