Job summary

AT&T in USA Alabama is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, meet targets and earn uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with benefits like Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) and paid time off, plus training to develop your skills and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll be expected to meet and exceed all sales goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules set 2 weeks in advance.
