AT&T in Darien, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select from our full suite of products with a consultative approach. You’ll engage with customers on the floor and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls.

The role features a 40-hour weekly schedule including weekends, with uncapped commission opportunities and a starting salary that varies by geography, experience, and training. Joining AT&T means a fast-paced team environment and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
