Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Norridge, IL to help customers choose the right products and services with personalized sales expertise.

You’ll use a consultative sales approach, support online orders, and make outbound calls. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance scheduling. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling 2 weeks in advance.
