AT&T in Albany, NY seeks a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative approach and guide them through options. You’ll handle in-store interactions, online orders, and outbound calls, working a schedule that includes weekends.

Training is provided to grow your sales skills and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. This role offers uncapped commission and a total compensation range reflecting base pay plus incentives, with benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Available to work a schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guides customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fills online orders and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Works a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stays flexible and adapts to evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• Receives tools, training and coaching to meet and exceed goals if no prior sales experience.
