AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Tonawanda, NY to guide customers through device and service options with a consultative approach. You’ll engage in community events, process online orders, and reach out to existing and potential customers.

You’ll work a rotating schedule 9am-9pm including weekends, with training and coaching to help you meet goals; enjoy uncapped commissions and growth opportunities at AT&T.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• On the sales floor you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
