AT&T in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who will connect customers with the full suite of AT&T products and services, using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor.

This role offers hourly pay between $14.25 and $16.57 plus more than $13,700 in commissions if goals are met; top performers can earn around $62,460 per year, with schedules that include weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Assist with events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules are planned 2 weeks in advance.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Leverage AT&T products and services to meet customer needs.
