You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with uncapped commission. Starting salary ranges from $48,930 to $75,000 depending on geography, experience, and training; benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Tools, training and coaching provided to meet goals.
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a 9 am–9 pm schedule including weekends; 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• Stay flexible to evolving tech and customer needs to meet goals.
