AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Noblesville, IN. You’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach and help them choose from the latest devices and personalized services.

The role includes filling online orders, outbound calls, and a schedule of 9am–9pm with weekends. Training is provided if you’re new to sales, and there are strong commission opportunities tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with product options and recommendations.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance visibility for seniority-based shifts.
