Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers in-store, recommend AT&T products, and work toward sales goals with a commission-based incentive. This role supports store operations and helps build lasting customer relationships within a fast-paced team.

As a nationwide retailer with over 2,000 locations, we offer a ramp-up bonus for new hires, comprehensive training, and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
