Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected with the latest wireless technology and entertainment options. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the AT&T brand in the local community.

You'll work toward sales goals, earning commissions, and enjoy ramp-up bonuses, training, and opportunities for career growth plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
