Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a motivated part-time sales assistant to guide customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach. Schedule from 9am to 7pm with weekends, 15–20 hours weekly, 1099 contractor with potential for Acosta employment after 3 months.

No sales experience? Training provided; you will greet customers, determine needs, suggest products, and create an amazing experience while staying adaptable to changing tech and processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check for military installations.
• Willingness to work 15–20 hours per week, including weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to help customers.

Job description

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-7pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.

This is a fast‑paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers’ needs.

No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Positively impacting sales volume of individual in‑house and point‑of‑sale involvement
• Greet all customers with enthusiasm, determine customers’ needs, provide courteous & knowledgeable service to customers, and suggest products by following our service and selling strategies
• Attract new clients with the ability to engage them quickly
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high‑touch service.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass background check to work on Military Installations.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus—Not required
• Must be able to work between 15‑20 hours per week and weekends.
• Hours are flexible and between 9am-7pm
• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position to start with opportunity for
• Acosta employment after 3 months of proven dedication.
