Job summary

AT&T in Yuba City, CA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to be the face of our in-store experience. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and showcase AT&T’s latest devices and services.

You’ll participate in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to current and potential customers. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• If you have no sales experience, we’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
