Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in the USA state of Ohio, Springfield location. You will engage customers with personalized sales expertise and use a consultative approach to guide them through options, helping meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

You’ll participate in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers, with a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $44,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
