AT&T in Springfield, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select devices and services, demonstrate products, and drive store sales. You will stay informed about data devices, Wi‑Fi, and entertainment options, guiding customers to suitable solutions while delivering excellent service.

General Duties

General Essential Functions Which Are Normally Required

• Customer Experience and Sales
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $47,500 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
