Job summary

AT&T in Moses Lake, WA is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer connections with consultative selling and demonstrate the full AT&T product suite. You’ll work on the sales floor, assist with online orders, and engage customers through outbound calls, events, and in-store activities.

Expect a 40-hour work week with weekends, comprehensive benefits, onboarding support, and ongoing coaching to help you meet sales goals and advance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $48,914 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
