Job summary

AT&T in Yakima, WA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from a full suite of products and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide decisions and drive sales on the shop floor. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

You’ll participate in events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls while supporting customers and communities. The role offers a 40-hour work week with a flexible 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to meet goals.

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $48,914 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
