AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Monaca, PA to center on customer connections with personalized sales expertise. You will guide customers through options using a consultative approach and participate in online orders and outbound calls to expand the customer base.

The role includes weekends, a 9am–9pm schedule, and uncapped commission with opportunities to exceed targets. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with coaching available.
• Comfort with learning new products and services.
