Job summary

AT&T Retail is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Missouri. You will guide customers on options, engage in community events, fill online orders, and reach out via outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with a focus on helping customers select the best solutions. Starting pay ranges from $17.12 to $21.50 per hour with $13,700 in commissions if goals are met, and uncapped commission potential can raise annual earnings.

With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year.
