Job summary

AT&T Lancaster, PA (Park City Mall) seeks a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select devices and services with a consultative approach. You’ll drive sales while building connections in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll also handle online orders, outbound calls, and in-store events, with a schedule that covers weekends and some evenings. Training and coaching are provided to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required for daily customer interactions.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and evenings.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
