Job summary

AT&T in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from AT&T’s full suite of products. You will meet sales targets and earn commissions, with starting pay potentially higher for bilingual candidates.

You’ll be on the sales floor using a consultative approach, handling events, online orders, and outbound calls while working a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $47,500to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers . Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
