AT&T in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach. You will help customers select the best devices and services while working toward sales targets and earning commission.

You'll be joining a fast-paced team and receive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals, with a schedule of 9am–9pm including weekends and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? training and coaching provided to help meet goals.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.25 - $20.83 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
