Job summary

AT&T in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through choices, building meaningful connections and helping them understand the latest devices and services.

You’ll work 9am–9pm including weekends, with a 40-hour week and weekly schedules released two weeks ahead. This role offers uncapped commission with potential to earn over six figures, depending on sales goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.25 - $20.83 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
