Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused retail sales associate to join our team in Boston, MA. You will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guide customers through product and service options, and build meaningful connections while striving to meet sales targets.

You will participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to nurture existing and potential customers. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is required to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Flexibility and openness to change.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
